The course was made about making cakes in style which was populirised by Ronya Belova and Andrey Dubovik when the cake is being designed in such a way. Main components on these designs are chocolate twists and shards placed on top of the cake but also it includes some other decorations. The course includes basics on cake assembling, frostings recipes, sponge cake baking and recipes. You are finishing the course by making a kind of “wedding” cake. It is huge five-tiered monster decorated of huge golden chocolate twists.

This is the first onlince course made by Andrey. It was about the things he made first when he started to work with chocolate. Mostly such things were used when they were making some unusual cake-designs. Like creation of twists, chocolate spheres, chocolate shards, seashells, fruits. It also includes basic lesson on making moulded chocolates. Important decoration which is not a beginner looking thing is a chocolate bow-tie. The final of the course is a using any made on the course decorations to decorate a cake. You can decorate a dummy cake if you want.

The course was made by our founder Lililoveme. This course was based on her 3-years experience of work during our the very first online course called “Little Pastryshop” and her previos experience in pastry practice. She made a stack of theoretical materials which have became the basis of the course. It includes most of topics which are often be found as therm “modern pastry or modern confectionary”. It includes modules on macarons, mousse cakes, glazings, art of plating, traditional cakes, work with isomalt, work with chocolate, tempering, making tiered cakes and unusual cake decorations. The course is huge and after such a course you can start to deep in some more specific topics. You will be a kind of multitool pastry chef after that.
